What is the warranty for your products?
The individual parts in our GAL V3 printed parts kit have a one-year no-questions-asked replacement policy. The only requirement is that you ship the broken part back to us so we can inspect the cause of the breakage and provide a data point for future improvements.
Our other products are covered under a lifetime warranty. If a part breaks, ship it back to us, and we'll provide a replacement free of charge.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within one week (7 days, holidays not included) of the product's arrival. Products must be unmodified or damaged to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, contact us through the contact form after receiving delivery and state the reason for the return. Once we provide the return shipping information, ship the order back to us. A refund will be provided after inspecting the product and confirming it is unmodified or damaged.
Can I exchange my order for a different one?
Yes.
If your order has yet to ship, use the contact form to provide us with what you want to exchange it for. We take pride in having all items on hand and our fast turnaround time, so if you want to make changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can swap before shipping.
If the order has shipped, you will have to ship the order back to us. Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to ensure they are unopened. After inspection, we will send you a link to purchase a shipping label for the new item.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, use the contact form to let us know you want to cancel. We take pride in having all items on hand and our fast turnaround time, so if you want to make changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel before shipping.
