When are the product I'm waiting for going to be restocked?

What does with flats and without flats mean on panels?
With flats and without flats are aesthetic differences and denote whether or not the panels have ends flats. The original panels had larger flats at the end to keep the metal clip in place. With flats panels imitate those.
What is the warranty for your products?
Our products are covered under a lifetime warranty that encompasses manufacturing defects. Cosmetic damage from usual use or improper installation/abuse is not covered.
The lifetime warranty is transferable, which means if you purchased a product second hand it is still covered under the warranty.
Modified products are covered under the warranty unless the damage to the product is caused by said modification.
If a part breaks, ship it back to us, and we'll provide a replacement free of charge. The exception is clearance items, which might have warranty stipulations or do not have a warranty.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within one week (7 days, holidays not included) of the product's arrival. Products must be unmodified or damaged to be eligible for a return.
To initiate a return, contact us through the contact form after receiving delivery and state the reason for the return. Once we provide the return shipping information, ship the order back to us. A refund minus the cost of shipping will be provided after inspecting the product and confirming it is unmodified or damaged.
Clearance items CAN NOT be returned.
Can I exchange my order for a different one?
Yes.
Exchange requests must be initiated within one week (7 days, holidays not included) of the product's arrival. Products must be unused or damaged to be eligible for a return.
If your order has yet to ship, use the contact form to provide us with what you want to exchange it for. We take pride in having all items on hand and our fast turnaround time, so if you want to make changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can swap before shipping.
If the order has shipped, you will have to ship the order back to us. Once we receive the items, we will inspect them to ensure they are unused. After inspection, we will send you a link to purchase a shipping label for the new item.
Clearance items CAN NOT be exchanged.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, use the contact form to let us know you want to cancel. We take pride in having all items on hand and our fast turnaround time, so if you want to make changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel before shipping.
Can I purchase replacement hardware?
Yes.
If you lost the hardware for a product, replacement hardware can be purchased for the price of shipping. Simply contact us through the contact form with your order number and what hardware you need to get the process started.
Note this only applies to hardware like screws, nuts, Allen key, etc. Major parts that comprise the product itself is not covered.
