Enhanced Rail Panels/Angled Hand Stops may come with slight variations of surface finish from the dyeing/manufacturing process. This is normal and will even out with use.

The Angled Hand Stop's goal is simple, minimize heat transfer to a shooter's hands while still maintaining good shooting ergonomics and providing enhanced grip.

By utilizing a system of cavities on the underside, contact with the rail is reduced by roughly 45%, providing less surface area for heat transfer through conduction. This also creates small pockets of air, which is both a great insulator and provides a medium for circulating the hot air through the integrated tunnels and replacing it with cooler air.

The AHS also eliminates the hand from coming in contact with the single hottest point on M-Lok furniture: the steel hardware. A innovative slotted design hides the front hardware on the ERP, making it impossible to have those scorching hot screws giving your hand a nice sizzle after a long string of fire.

While the focus of the AHS was on heat management, functionality was not sacrificed. The AHS launches with our "Snakeskin" texture which provides just the right amount of bite to ensure maximum control over your weapon without being uncomfortable. The AHS wings are also able to channel most weapon accessory wires.

Maximum rail clearance is 0.7" and RMPs are designed to work with rails that are at least 1.48" wide. See below picture for rail compatibility spec.

The AHS is made from impact-resistant nylon PA12 and will come with the necessary mounting hardware. We also cover the panels under a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong, we'll make it right.
